Vintage 1970 Action Man Red Devil Late Issue Outfit & Instruction Sheet

This vintage 1970 Action Man Red Devil Free Fall Parachutist outfit includes a red jumpsuit, goggles, crash helmet, parachute and pack, reserve chute, plus instruction sheet, an informative and entertaining read. A pair of nice vintage Action Man short black boots round out the set.

  • Red jumpsuit is brightly colored with no signs of fading and only light shelf/play wear. Zipper is in perfect working order. Foot straps, waist and wrist elastic still have good elasticity.
  • Green goggles have visible stress cracks and play wear.
  • Crash Helmet has clear, bright red lettering and black trim with minimal paint rubs. Interior foam pad is firmly attached and very soft. Surface of helmet shows signs of yellowing from age, otherwise is in very good condition with no cracks or melt marks noted. Missing chin strap is the main note.
  • Action man short black boots are included, really clean with very light play wear.
  • Late issue orange parachute is clean and crisp, and brightly colored. Parachute shroud lines are all present and securely attached. No fraying or split seams noted. Very faint signs of fading are hard to see but noted anyway.
  • Chute back pack with original pull cord and ring is intact with both hinges securely attached to lid. All canvas harness straps and hinges are present and in perfect working order. D-ring clasps are intact and fully functional
  • Reserve chute bag is clean with all components present and in good working order. Typical rust mark on front panel is the main note.
  • Red Devil Instruction Sheet is clean with light yellowing from age and light play wear.
